Easter and Holy Week Events

MAUNDY THURSDAY

Tonight is Maundy Thursday @ 6pm in the Sanctuary. Join us for a meaningful service remembering Jesus and his disciples breaking bread at the Last Supper. All are welcome as we prepare our hearts for these final days of Holy Week.

GOOD FRIDAY

Join us for Good Friday, April 18th @ 6pm in the CAC for worship. This will be a time of singing, reading scripture and reflecting on Christ's sacrifice as we approach Easter Sunday. Come reflect with us on the weight and wonder of what Jesus did for us.

EASTER SUNDAY

Easter Sunday is a time of joy and renewal, celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. We will have multiple Easter services, where we'll gather in worship, reflection, and community. Experience uplifting music, inspiring messages, and moments of prayer as we commemorate this sacred day together. Whether you're a regular attendee or visiting for the first time, we welcome you to share in the spirit of hope and new beginnings this Easter season!

Come Celebrate on Sunday, April 20th:

7am Sunrise service outside Sanctuary (bring a chair) *in Wesley Chapel if it rains

9am Classic in Sanctuary

9am Contemporary in CAC

11am Classic in Sanctuary.

Be sure to bring flower stems to any Easter Service to help our living crosses bloom! Check out more Easter info in this video.

INCLUSIVE CONNECTIONS

Join us Thursday, April 24th @ 6:30pm in Wesley Room 310 as we plan for our upcoming movie night in May and Pride Parade plans for June. For more information reach out to Kennie Goff. All are welcome.

SACK IT SUNDAY

Central's Good Sam Ministry is collecting food for our CEO food pantry on May 18. CEO is a non profit organization of volunteers from 21 local churches who give emergency financial aid and food to neighbors in our community. Sacks will be given out on Sunday, May 4th and drop off date is Sunday, May 18th. Drop your sacks off between the sanctuary and CAC. Most needed items are cereal, pork & beans, canned vegetables, chunky soups, and peanut butter.

CORE CENTRAL SUNDAY

Join us April 27th @ 10am in the CAC for Core Central! During this combined service, we'll be celebrating all the ways God has moved through our ministries over the past year and dreaming about what God has in store for us next! A yummy brunch will be served by our Central Men's group. All are welcome!

CORE CENTRAL BREAKFAST

Our Central Men's group will be serving breakfast on April 27th @ 10am for our Core Central service! Kids are invited to help, too. If you haven't had a chance to sign up to serve, click here or email Brandon Williams.

Next Gen Ministries

HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR DINNER

Sunday, May 4th @ 5pm will begin a heartfelt event honoring the achievements and milestones of our high school graduating seniors, filled with prayers, speeches, and moments of reflection. Please be sure to register here and join us to celebrate!

CHILDREN'S SAFETY CENTER

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and Central is proud to support the Children's Safety Center as our mission spotlight this month. You may have seen their signs around town and here @ Central on the corner of Dickson and Highland.

The Child Safety Center serves children and families in crisis by providing forensic interviews for victims of abuse, as well as offering extensive training to the community on child abuse prevention.

If you have the chance, consider stopping by for a tour or simply giving them a call to learn more. You’ll find a welcoming face—or a kind voice on the other end of the line—ready to share how they’re making a difference.

Parking Deck: You may have seen the press release announcing that Central has officially begun our parking agreement with the City of Fayetteville. This is a pay-to-park arrangement; however, we do not anticipate any disruption to your parking needs. Please note that there will be no enforcement by the city on all day on Sundays and Wednesday evenings.
