CORE CENTRAL SUNDAY

This Sunday on April 27th @ 10am in the CAC, join us for Core Central! We will be holding one church service and celebrating the many ways God has moved through our ministries over the past year. Also, we will discuss and pray about what God has in store for us for the next years here at Central. Brunch will be served and provided by our Central Men's group. All are welcome!

INCLUSIVE CONNECTIONS

COBBLESTONE FARMS

Central members are invited to tour Cobblestone Farms Saturday, May 3 @ 10 am. With over 21 acres, Cobblestone Farms has produced over 24,000 pounds of produce for the NWA Food Bank in 2024. Those NWA Food Bank donations help feed many of our mission partners like Canopy here within our community. Cobblestone Farms helps feed over 71,000 people within NWA. BEER & HYMNS

Come support two amazing organizations in one fell swoop! On Sundays, May 4th and 18th, Beer & Hymns proceeds will benefit New Beginnings, a mission partner of Central UMC. When you attend a Beer & Hymns event at Tontitown Winery or Bike Rack Brewery, your gifts and a percentage of your food/beverages goes to support New Beginnings. SACK IT SUNDAY  

Central's Good Sam Ministry is collecting food for CEO, a non profit organization of volunteers from 21 local churches who give emergency financial aid and food to neighbors in our NWA community. Sacks will be given out on Sunday, May 4th and drop off date is Sunday, May 18th. Drop your sacks off between the sanctuary and CAC. Most needed items are cereal, pork & beans, canned vegetables, chunky soups, and peanut butter.

HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR DINNER

Sunday, May 4th @ 5pm will begin a heartfelt event honoring the achievements and milestones of our high school graduating seniors, filled with prayers, speeches, and moments of reflection. Please be sure to register here and join us to celebrate in the SMB! Younger Youth are invited to help serve. Reach out to Zack with any additional questions.

VBS VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Be sure to register for VBS taking place June 9-June 13th @ 9 -11:30 am. We are still looking for volunteers. Come help be a part of this exciting event that you don't want to miss! Please reach out to Erika for more ways you can help! 

LAST YOUTH FOR SEMESTER

Sunday, April 27th is the last night  of youth programming; however, all youth are invited to come help us serve our seniors and their families at senior dinner on Sunday, May 4^th @ 5-7 pm. The last week of regular Wednesday programming is April 30th! This includes ClubK6 and Youth Hang Time. We will see you again in the fall! Stay tuned for upcoming summer events.

Marti Sharkey in the death of her mother, Martha Brewer, of Fayetteville. Mrs. Brewer passed away on April 18th, 2025. 

Scott, Mira and Mason Morey in the death of their beloved wife and mother, Richa Morey, who passed away on April 23, 2025. Richa joined Central in October 2024.

CENTRAL CARES VISITATION MINISTRY

The CARES Visitation Team is a ministry dedicated to offering support and companionship to our church family. Through short monthly visits to assisted living facilities and homes, our lay volunteers provide a warm presence, through prayers and conversation.

If you, a family member or a friend could benefit from our visits, please reach out! Our lay members are here to serve, whether it’s to offer support or simply brighten someone’s day. We will be happy to extend communion upon request. For more information or to request a visit, please contact Theresa Henretty.

Parking Deck: You may have seen the press release announcing that Central has officially begun our parking agreement with the City of Fayetteville. This is a pay-to-park arrangement; however, we do not anticipate any disruption to your parking needs. Please note that there will be no enforcement by the city on all day on Sundays and Wednesday evenings. If you would like to ensure uninterrupted parking on all days, please provide your license plate number to Jaime Reinen at jreinen@centraltolife.com.
