VBS WEEK JUNE 9th -13th FROM 9-11:30am
We
CANNOT wait to see you next week for VBS
June 9th -13th from 9-11:30am! Please note, you must be registered to attend! All things VBS this year will be taking place on the 2nd floor of Central’s Student Ministries Building (SMB – address 19 W Lafayette St).
Please drop off kids no earlier than
8:45am. When dropping off, please use the door to the SMB that faces the parking garage and walk your child into the Worship Center on the 2nd floor of the SMB. Please ensure that their group leader knows they are there – they will check in directly with their group leader, who will sign them in on their sheet. Each child has been placed in a group based on the grade they will be entering in the fall. There will also be color-coded lists posted near the
doors of the SMB Worship Center to help you.
When you come to pick up your child, please use the same door as drop off. When you pick up your child, group leaders will be checking them out on their sheet to ensure each child leaves with the appropriate grown-up. Please make sure the group leaders know that you are picking up your child. This helps us make sure each child is picked up by the
right grown-up at the end of the morning. We will be done at 11:30am each day.
Wednesday, June 11th we will be taking a group photo. Please plan to send your child in their green VBS shirt or in another green shirt this day. VBS shirts will be distributed on Monday of VBS.
Thursday, June 12th
will be water day! Please send your child in clothes and shoes that can get wet on this day. Should this shift due to weather, we will communicate accordingly.
Sunday, June 15th all kids who participated in VBS are invited to sing “Live It Out!”, our VBS theme song, in the services during the Children’s moment. We would love to have you join us at either our 9:00 Contemporary
Service or 11:00 Classic Service. If your child is participating, please send them in either their VBS shirt or another green shirt!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone next week! It will be a great week together as we learn more about how God loves every living thing and what every living thing needs!
